Dr. Mozhgan Tavakolifard

Led the build of AIZEN's evidence infrastructure, which uses AI to test selected claims from companies' own sustainability reporting against public sources, under a published method. It runs in production behind a public ESG Transparency Index for Norwegian companies, with two published editions (FY2024 and FY2025). As of November 2026, the FY2025 edition covers 46 Norwegian companies and 19,897 analysed claims. Methodology tested in a paid pilot with a Big Four audit firm (2025).

Took AI from strategy to production for Multiconsult, a large Norwegian engineering and consulting group, including leading the team that brought MultiSecure, an AI tool for checking building documentation, from design into production. Also did AI and data work for clients in legal services and online grocery. The work covered AI platform development, document automation and data transformation.

Partner with P&L responsibility for Data & AI. Won through an RFP and delivered a smart supply-chain solution for a large Norwegian food distributor, and delivered a generative-AI data foundation for an international e-commerce company. Worked with manufacturers in Sweden and the UK on scaling data and AI.

Grew Accenture's Data Science and AI team in Norway into a national practice, inside a large Nordic practice. Accountable for utilisation, profitability, hiring and team performance.

Delivered enterprise data and AI for large retail, fashion and banking organisations: data mesh and operating-model change, supply-chain AI and a framework for scaling data and AI. Led the design and delivery of a predictive-maintenance solution for oil production, from proof of concept to production.

Reporting to the CTO, built the machine-learning and data-science business line and grew the data science team. Owned the analytics platform as product owner. Started machine-learning work on hydropower and wind-power prediction, an energy bidding platform and predictive maintenance for grids.

Built personalisation and customer-data platforms for media and data companies, from idea to production, with clients in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland. Grew the team as the business scaled.

Built personalisation and recommender systems for VG, Aftenposten, FINN.no and Blocket. Contributed to the architecture and strategy of the group's media, data and advertising platforms and helped build the team.
