My through-line is trust: a PhD in trust and reputation systems (NTNU; 500+ citations on Google Scholar; visiting researcher at UC Santa Barbara), Nordic Responsible AI lead at Accenture, and most recently AIZEN, where I led the build of AI infrastructure that runs in production. AIZEN extracts the claims in a company's own sustainability reporting, rates how specific each one is, and tests the selected claims against public sources, under a published method. It runs live behind a public ESG Transparency Index for Norwegian companies. As of November 2026, the FY2025 edition covers 46 Norwegian companies and 19,897 analysed claims. Methodology tested in a paid pilot with a Big Four audit firm (2025).
Leadership track: Norway Lead for Data Science & AI at Accenture (inside a large Nordic practice), later also Nordic Lead for Responsible AI and European Lead for Personalization; Partner for Data & AI at an international management consultancy; Chief Analytics Officer at Powel (now Volue), where I built the company's data science business line.
Earlier: founded DharmicData and IPower.Me (real-time recommender systems and consent tech; clients included Amedia, RiksTV and Bisnode).
I wrote The AI Awakening (2024), published in Norwegian as KI-oppvåkningen (Gyldendal Akademisk, 2026). I speak regularly (TEDx; Oslo Tech Show 2026), and I was awarded Norway's 50 Leading Women in Tech (2021).
