# Dr. Mozhgan Tavakolifard

> Dr. Mozhgan Tavakolifard is the founder and CEO of AIZEN AS and the builder of Norway's first public ESG Transparency Index — a production AI verification platform whose methodology was independently validated by a Big Four audit firm at 89% reproducibility (n=312). The Index covers 51 Norwegian companies and ~20,000 analyzed sustainability claims, with a calibrated NLI ensemble running 65–75% automated with humans in the loop.

Dr. Tavakolifard is an AI executive who builds AI systems and organizations that hold up under scrutiny. Her leadership track includes Norway Lead for Data Science & AI at Accenture (200+ specialist Nordic practice), European Lead for Personalization and Nordic Lead for Responsible AI at Accenture, Partner for Data & AI at PA Consulting, and Chief Data & Analytics Officer at Powel (now Volue). She holds a PhD on trust in AI systems from NTNU (33 publications, 500+ citations; visiting researcher at UC Santa Barbara and EPFL).

She wrote The AI Awakening (2024) and its Norwegian edition KI-oppvåkningen (Gyldendal, 2026, ISBN 9788205615250), spoke at TEDxArendal ("Your Data is Your Currency", 2017) and Oslo Tech Show 2026, and was named one of Norway's 50 Leading Women in Tech (2021). Earlier she founded DharmicData and IPower.Me (real-time recommender systems and consent technology; clients included Amedia, RiksTV and Bisnode) and won the IATA NDC Hackathon (Paris, 2017). She serves on the boards of Digital Etikett, Alytic and Alva Technologies.
